Varghese Chacko, Founder of NYC Nightlife United

Varghese Chacko is a Founding Partner of NYC Nightlife United which is a non-profit relief fund for cultural venues affected by the pandemic with a focus on Black-led businesses and safe spaces for POC and LGBTQIA communities. He's also the Co-Founder of City Farm Presents with the Bell House/Union Hall team where he produced 50+ outdoor concerts. Previously Varghese helped launch Goldenvoice’s Panorama as well as creating the first public art expo for Governors Ball. He co-founded TEDxBrooklyn and also worked with Celebrate Brooklyn Performing Arts Festival. Earlier in his career he joined with Brooklyn Bowl to help open the venue. As a lifelong live music fan, Varghese is hopeful that our industry will reopen better and more equitable for everyone.
